PH1 Arists in Place
A ceremony for Hiscox Insurance; Topping Out was held on the 31st March 2015 to celebrate the construction of their new offices and presence in York.
As Artist in Residence, I completed this commission (edition of 12 for VIP's) and delighted that one print has been placed inside the Hiscox time capsule alongside business accounts, brochure, newspapers and a vile of blood from the Chairman of Hiscox, Robert Hiscox - the DNA of the company.
The print shows my new process, a laser transfer etching and relief on Somerset grey Satin paper, 280g.
It is about expansion, the process of putting parts together to form clean lines and clear perspectives.
